I OFFER PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS AND WILL TAILOR THE POSES, MEDITATIONS AND BREATHWORK TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS AND CHALLENGES.  YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE GUIDELINES TO CREATE YOUR OWN HOME PRACTICE.

I discovered yoga in 2003 and it immediately became a necessary part of my life.  I was hooked on how I felt peaceful, stronger and more connected after practicing.  Ten years later I began the journey of becoming a yoga teacher.  I completed my 200 hour training in 2013 with 5 Points Yoga and my advanced studies in 2020 with a 300 hour training through Asheville Yoga Center.  I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) through Yoga Alliance.  

Since becoming a yoga teacher I have been leading therapeutic yoga groups for trauma, anxiety, depression and disordered eating.  For 7 years I taught yoga classes for University of Georgia students through the University Health Center. To date I have taught hundreds of yoga classes focusing on not only the physical component of yoga but also on using yoga to improve mental well-being.

Yoga sessions are $125 or give yourself some accountability (and save $$) by getting 3 sessions for $325. Limited sliding fee appointments available.
